this one's just reccying the carnival route he's to take in the kandy esala perahera, which apart from the elephants and the mutilation is a load of old crap, there is hardly any nudity or alcohol at all. call that a carnival? i don't.

I idly speculate that if you added nudity to the carnival the whole thing would then have to take place in one of those porn cinema's with the very conspicuous signs. And no one wants a carnival in a porn cinema.......hang on!!
